D2 LOD no-cd crack

hey.

i am starting to play diablo 2 again after probly 5-6 years of not playing. just had a question about a crack, and query about maphack.

first can i get a no cd crack for the game? i took my cd out the other day and the computer took several retries to recognise and kept stuffing up. is the crack still safe to use on bnet ??

second is maphack still ok to use? i read a previous post about not trusting mousepad, but strings is ok? is this still the case?

i tried to look for these things with little luck so thought i would ask you guys who would actually know.

D2Loader is your no-cd loader program. However, I think Warden may pick it up for the 1.11b battle.net server. Unlike Wc3 and SC, they didnt release a no cd required to play patch.

Stings is safe to use. But you can only reveal act with it when you go online. Activating it will get you banned either between an hour, or the moment you do so. I recommend you don't even try one bit. Mousepad is only good if you are playing on a custom server for 1.09-1.10. Or you are not using Plugy.

Dragnskull likes to help, and he did with a pretty good few information posts for Diablo II.

thanks chris, i will try the D2Loader if i keep having problems, but there seemed to be fewer problems yesterday. but if the crack can be detected as you say, then i would rather not use it and put up with the disks problems.

i am not really interested in using maphack anymore, i was just curious as to its use these days. i heard that heaps of people got banned a while ago when Bnet cracked down.

also, now that i am playing again, my brother wants to join in but we only have the one CD. i looked on ebay at buying the game and its pretty cheep, but he also looked and saw that CD keys were for sale and is keen to save some cash.

I told him to get the CDs, but i cant force him... so do u think that the cd keys would be alright on their own... and if so, do you still need a disk to play off - unless you use the crack?

If you use the crack (D2Loader ot a illegal dl), all that matters is that your CD key needs to be legit and the EXE can run off your bootleg copy. If your CD key isn't legit, then the only online gaming you will ever do is on private servers or single player.

Part of the problem when dling Diabko II from the net is that people don't take into consideration if their key is real or not. Some are, some aren't. That is one thing you will need to be aware of, and you may need to resort to trial and error to find out.
