| Oh, of course skill levels don't mean anything. A level 15 Poison Nova on a char with 500 Energy doesn't do more than a level 5 on a char with 500 energy. Skill levels are there just to look pretty.
Honestly, no flame here...but that's got to be the most ridiculous thing I've seen you say. |
