The boys at D2 Maniacs and I are putting together a level 45 dueling squad, trying to see who can make the best level 45 (or less character). As far as I know, it is unlimited, meaning you can do whatever it takes to be the best (if you want to go through tons of gaunt runs to get books, I guess thats allowed). Right now we are just making our characters, getting supplies and stuff, but we will deck it out later. I'm making a caster druid right now, still getting souls and stuff together.

I have a paladin that is currently using Natural Leader. He is pretty badass.

I just need to keep my Energy and Mana high. So I can compensate for the mana loss.

Dont be fooled by the number. Although its 4 mana. That is per second, and a mana period is 2 seconds. So you lose 8 mana at level 1 to keep the aura up. Every level, that number goes up by 1.

However, its a pretty easy aura to maintain. I for one will enjoy this challenge.

Is it over 45 yet? I don't remember. :/

Any other good elemental/caster souls (that are under ilvl 45)? I have norm damien (@41), but is there much else? After like 30 norm meph runs I got it and it is over 45 :usad.

Mephisto for a paladin is level 45. Other characters its 51.

The Enslaved soul for a barbarian has no level req, although other characters its 7.

The levels of the soul depends on the class that uses it. A druid can benefit off a Conjured Predator or Ghost Wolf (I have both of them, Ghost especially has 8% ll at Normal).
