Install D2 -> Download 1.10 Patch -> Install that Patch -> Download the Nezmod zip from the site -> Extract it to the D2 Directory -> Rename the Nez109.mpq to Patch_D2.mpq -> Rename your old Patch_D2.mpq -> Move your new Patch_D2.mpq to the D2 Directory -> Run D2.

Thanks, but it wasnt the problem. I didnt knew how to make 2 installations of Diablo so i can play both 1.10 and 1.11. But anyway, i got help on some other forum, so i can play now.
