Its amazing how pissed off players get in duels. That was one reason I mostly played it for PvM.

That is another reason why I don't care or do PVP.

For Gold and they dont really have a rules engine to deal with PKing. Except you cannot attack someone in town and you can only fight someone if you declare hostility against them.

Yeah, I dont even trust the people I help rush or play with. They take the items for themselves like greedy pigs even though WE had a deal. On D2Maniacs, I do not have this problem.
