| Item raping A perfect emerald gives +29 poison damage. Put it in a weapon to get that value, added by whatever you choose to put in the object. Instead, I took an artisans flail with three sockets and an included something like +10 poison damage over 5 seconds.I Put in three perfect emeralds and the Flail now has +659-703 poison damage over 7 secs.
Find a socketed weapon with a property. Fill the sockets with gems that match that property and increase the gem's property by Allloooottt. |

| It has to do with the difference in poison lengths, that is how some small charms can have up to 451 poison damage, even though the prefixes and suffixes say they will have 225 poison damage max (pestilent small charm of anthrax).

| I'm almost positive that this only applies to poison mods, and since poison is BM in dueling for the most part, and poison is **** in pvm, who cares?

| I dont know how it works but i do know if u have a poison mod of say 100 psn damage over 10 seconds and you add the p emerald that says 100 psn damage over 6 seconds you wont get an overall damage of 200 psn. The shorter the seconds it takes for the psn to kick in the better. If i were to choose between weapons i would get the shorter second one.

Something's either BM or it isn't. I don't think poison is BM, its easy to stack resistances to it. On the other hand, emeralds for psn = no no. Psn charms are the best way to go, depending on items, or if you're using venom.

A rabies druid is usually excepted (its a pretty ****ty build anyways) as well as venom for hybrid sins, whereas a bowazon using 37x 451psn scs will be considered BM.
