I need an offline Updater

I need a update file to go from any patch to 1.11b that can be used for offline use, without reinstalling or if required please tell me.

If you can post a link to other forums or a direct link here would be appreciated. Ive searched the top 200 browsing the names and didnt see anything that looked decent.

Thanks, I would of rather thought of going to the blizz site myself the have someone do something that simple for me, dont know why I didnt think of going there to begin with.
