There actually ARE answers to your questions... here's some common sense stuff that most everyone knows...

1-3. Look up treasure classes somewhere. The top would be dclone, then nithalak+baal, then the one below it which starts including more people.

4-6. As far as how frequently items are dropped, it completely depends upon the item... in general, killing bosses for the first time (and second+ times following) would obviously have the highest chance of dropping, and yet it again it determines upon your kill speed for who drops the items the fastest with lowering chances on easier to kill guys (pindle :P).

The fact is, taking a survey would be a dumb idea. You need to figure out the chances of items and stuff urself, and weigh that against your run speed to determine what you want to run.
