new dupe method?

nah i havent got a new dupe method

but i just started playing diablo2 lod ladder sc on europe again some hours ago
and i saw a lvl 6 noob with a dual leech ring
6 % ll 5% ml 5 mf and some ar i think..
ye who cares..
but normally lvl 6 chars havent got such rings
and he didn´t wanted to tell me from who he got this ring

so there has to be a dupe version
cuz the new ladder just began..

what u think about this?

People have items like that dude. Just because he didn't tell you where he got it doesn't mean it is a dupe.

he probably got it from a friend, and his friend most likely told him not to tell anyone, because then he would get bugged from all the begging newbs on bnet

The ring he speaks of sounds a lot like Plague Master on West, which is most likely on other realms too. Duel leech + Ar + Mf at lvl 6 I think it was.

Could it have been imported maybe? If it was massively duped everyone would have these awesome low level rings and pwn low level shit.

On topic: IT'S NOT A DUPE, IT'S PROBABLY JUST A REALLY COMMON RING, THAT HAPPENS TO HAVE DECENT MODS AT A LOW LEVEL!!!!!!

ok i did some researches and found this:

a lvl 6 cannot WEAR or FIND a duel leech ring. the suffix level of life leech is at 14 and of mana is at 25 (rings only). Take 75% of the highest suffix value and you'll receive the level requirement. For the life leech part, you would only be able to wear a ring with 2-3 life leech. To wear one with 5-7, the prefix level would be at 75 % of 47 so impossible to find for a lvl 6 character.
