D2hackit Problem Help Now!!!!

Does anyone have my problem i start the d2jsploader.exe and diablo comes up and then it doesn't do anything!!! so i look at the loader and it says

[11:48:29] INI Successfully Loaded. 1 Diablo Instance will spawn.
[11:48:29] 1:Loading Diablo II
[11:48:47] 1:Attaching D2Hackit.
[11:48:47] 1:*** Unable to find a patch location.
[11:48:47] 1:Aborting thread
What is this patch it's looking for????

Also When i try and run loader.exe on d2hackit it says " unable to find patch location" WTF is happeneing??????

please help me!!!!!
