Realm down when using d2loader

For the longest time I've been using d2loader with no problems to mule between my chars to other accounts and to self rush other characters. That is up until a few weeks ago. Now whenever i open the second window and try to log on to another acct i get a real down message from both. The realm down lasts only a few second and then again i can log in with only one of the cdkeys. Are blizz servers now restricting logins of 1 cdkey per ip?

Do not ask me if i have 2 sets of valid cdkeys because i do and then some.

Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I also have a static ip btw, would that have to do with anything? altho i highly doubt it.
