Pindlenot dont pick up the charms?

I use pindlepot for 2 days but after 15 minutes i saw a small charm dropped but he didnt took it??? why is did and how does he take charms?? plz say

Uhmm... You're going to have to tell us the bot that you're using and paste your pickit settings...

i use the d2sjp and once when i saw 3 small charms dropped, it only picked up the one

your pickup=o needs to be pickup=1 or it wont pick them up read the directions
