dupe idea

ok, here's the deal. i'm pretty new to creating mods for d2hackit, but i think i have a new idea. maybe is sucks ass, but i don't know. well anyways, here it is. i've noticed that most of the exploits used in past dupes have all been fixed, so i have this idea. when you kick a rock or open a chest some items drop. i have sent the packets again and got the items to drop again. couldn't you change the packet a little to make it drop the item you want using the item id (since you already have one you can know the id). I have created dupelcate items from picking them up off the ground and in to my inventory, but i can't click on them. it appears to be just the picture of the item.

Can anyone help me with some more ideas of if i'm barkin up the total wrong tree???

Thank sounds Simaler to Chest hack witch is patched. it allowed u to open chest's and rocks inf times

well, i don't wanna open it as much as i want, i just want to incert the item id of my choice in to what drops.

Does it drop the exact same stuff every time you do this, if it does, when you find a chest that drops something good, y not just use it then to reopen the chest and get the goodies over and over?

reopening chests is patched...and it's kind of imposssible to "change the id of the dropped item into the id of a WF" or whatever... =/

Yean i guess it would make it to easy for us if we could just magcially pop and item in a chest. I dont think anyone would play d2 if that were so.

regardless it sounds easy damn but u even if there where a possibility of it working u'd have to send the item id packet to the chest every time and most ppl would not get it...
regardless i don't think this method would work
