I think my pwnsettings for D2JSP ain't working... HELP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

The pwnsettings are in:
C:\Program Files\d2jsp v0.32\scripts\bots

and I don't think it's working... I said usemerc=false, but whenever I join a game, it still says "Not enough gold to revive merc"...

and I set Energy Shield and Shiver Armor to cast before the run starts, with TS... but only TS is cast....

Anyone know what's going on??? I attached a txt version of the file... please check it...
