well, my desktop is down, and this computer is my laptop, and the disk drive is broken, and i dled d2 loader, and i put it in the diabloII folder, and i double clicked the d2 loader, and it says this:

"Could'nt load Diablo II MPQ Files Please insert your diablo II disk."



and on my desktop if anyone could help me, when i boot up my desktop, it says this:

"Windows/system32/config/system is missing or courupt."

You need to restore your desktop. You cannot do anything at your current point other then that. As for your laptop download d2music.mpq and d2video.mpq those aren't the exact ways they are spelled so remember that. The easiest way to start playing d2 though with no cd or cd drive is to download a program that will install a virtual drive on your computer. Until i know if thats prohibited or not i can't tell you a name of one. Then download an ISO file called D2 PLAY DISC.ISO or D2 LOD.ISO. The vistual drive acts like a real cd-rom drive. And the iso files act like realy CDS. So with the virtual drive you cant "mount" a ISO into and start playing!

ehhhh, ty but that sounds like to much work, ill just chill intill i get a external diskdrive, and idk how to reboot my other comp, and i tried putting in the cds for the comp, and none of them work.

The virtual drive isnt too much work. Simple. Download alcohol 120% install it download diablo 2 lod file with ext .ISO then play
