"We've got a pretty big problem"

Whenever I complete an act and try to go to the next, it crashes right as I click "travel east" or go through the portal. I'm using d2 loader because I couldn't find my expansion disc. Is it a result of not having the cinematics installed?

I don't think that's quite it. It started doing it like 3 days ago and I've been playing for a month now.

My specs:
2 GB Ram
Intel Core Duo 2.12 GHz Processor
nVidia 8600 GO

I use to have this problem awhile back, I actually complained to blizzard about it. Apparently over some time during patches and what not I corrupted one of my files. I can't remember which one exactly it was but they told me to reinstall and I did. After that I was back to running just fine, though since you can't find your EXP disc maybe you can get a copy from someone you know or something to use to reinstall and go from there.

You can do that too, whatever works out best for you. Anything to get you up and running again.
