Old d1 drop same in D2

Back in diablo 1 i remember a drop that would start counting from 10 down to 1 then drop the game. A guy came in a lod game few days ago and it said, "the final countdown has begun" 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and dropped. I guess it would be easy to add that to a drop of some sort.
