when pressed on ur num pad make ur character say something, i was wondering if u could maybe switch the sound files or something to maybe say something else? just wondering if tehres anything oit there that does this

AFAIK you would have to unpack the MPQ containing those sound files, and change them to what you want and repack the file. You can google search for a MPQeditor that works with Diablo II and go from there.

so i could change the sound file 2 say a sample from ac dc thunder struck or what not? would this be a banable offence?

will oher ppl be able to hear this ?

itd be clientside only, others would hear the normal sound.
