| it happens when you spam or join too many games in a minute/hour, i think i remember the minute limit was 3 and the hour one was 20, but i could be completely wrong
it always happens to me when i do one of those three though, lasts about 5-10 mins, unless you do it multiple times within 24 hours then it's one hour, then its like a day, etc.
