Mods for v1.10 will work in 1.11 but users have reported crashes in Act5, especially with the darkwind mod.

If the mod does come from ladderhall, you wouldn't mind telling me which mod you're referring to. It might be U47's drop mod or the darkwind mod both have been popular in 1.10.

Correction, it drops random unique items when you kill monsters instead of the normal junk. Example: You kill a fallen in normal and it drops a perfect Maras. This only works on Tcp/Ip, Single Player, and Open Battle.net games.
