Yes, www.gamemunchers.com in the d2 downloads section. Netter came out with his own pickit. There were rumors that it was detectable on the battle.net forums but never any reports here or on gamemunchers and I ain't been banned for it yet =-D

netter is a joke, but he is the only one out with a maphack and pickit right now. Not to mention they are free.
