Mod Noob question

Was wondering a few thing.

1. Is their any mods available to play for single player that I can still play 1.11 on bnet without the mod? Do I need to delete the mod everytime I go on bnet?

2. Is their a working mod that has been tested (and is good to play) with the new patch

3. where can I get suck mods with new creatures, skills, items, ect. (in english) that are free

4. what are some good mods already out there.

I'm more interested in new areas, items, charms, skills, classes or anything that can peek new interest in the game. BNet 1.11 is kind of boring the hell out of me.
