More domain name fun. Ricard sends word that on 24th March Blizzard registered the diablo3.es (Spain) domain. They recently also aquired the diablo3.de domain from a third party. Before announcement of the title they'll want to gather up as many domains and that includes pre-owned ones as is the case with the German one. Whether the announcement is imminenet (E3 in May) or a little way off (Blizzcon in October) we're not sure but betting on either is safe.

Hey, how the **** about that? Everyone knows that they've had Diablo3.com and Starcraft2.com and such registered for a long time, but they just recently started getting the multiracial ones.

well, lets all face it. we wont know anything until word from blizzard comes out. nothing is for sure and only time will tell what happens

WorldOfWarcraft.com is owned by some schmuck that just put a foward link to Guildwars.com because he thought it would be funny. If you look up the dns or whatever, you'de know.

Also, they had DIablo3.com registered, but then sold it off to some newgroup, which owns it now. From what I understand, they're trying to buy it back.

diablo3.com was a d3 wish forum for about 4 months, iw as a member of it, then due to lack of activity he closed it down, no clue if he kept the domain name or if blizz ever bought him out though
