| Metroid Games... I have never played the first nor super metroid. I did get to play Metroid Fusion a bit, and I did have some interest, but I can't seem to play it much. I did rent Metroid Prime years ago, but I don't remember having too much fun with it... So can someone tell me is any Metroid on the Gamecube worth buying? |

| I enjoy the story that Metroid gives. Prime presents much more story than I've found in any other FPS, to date, and I've played a multitude of them. If your asking if Prime or Prime 2 are worth buying, I own both. I've beaten both. I thouroughly enjoyed them both. If you don't like Metroid or Metroid Prime, what's the point of asking? You've already formed an opinion.

| It's not that I didn't form an opinion, but it's because I wasn't patient at that time, since I expected it to be like a FPS.
Well, I ended up buying Metroid Prime 1, since I heard Prime 2 was not as good, with the ammo system and the fact that Prime 2 still costs a grip. |

| The ammo system is to counter-balanced the super-powerful blasters. You still have unlimited ammo, but the Light and Dark blasters have a counter that has to be recharged.

| I'd say both for the story.

| I never played Prime 1, but I rented Echoes. I heard from my friend that Echoes has too much backtracking compared to the first one, I wouldn't know. I thoroughly enjoyed it, the scanning and logs were very interesting.

| Like I told'ja, you play Metroid games for the story .gif) I tend to enjoy all the elements, from graphics to gameplay to story, but Prime just plain delivers an excellent story to a genre that lacks it, FPS.

-Frank  | I don't see as much backtracking. Infact I felt the first had more., |

| I hated Echos. I loved Prime. Echos was just too tedious. You had to go back and forth over and over and over. it was pretty damn annoying if you ask me. |
