| Pokemon red was much better than blue, and infinetly better than gold/silver. G/S were also infinetly better than ruby/saphire which blew chunks. |

| I played Red/Blue/And Yellow. I stopped at Yellow. And Red was by far the best. Even though Leaf Green looked tempting.

| Well, yeah, Gold/Silver/Crystal were probably the best Pokémon games to come out for the Game Boy. But the storyline in Kanto is crap. After you finish Johto, the game just becomes a mindless Pokémon mashing machine.*

| I owned Red/Blue and Yellow, then I got the Japanese import of Silver off eBay, then bought Gold a few months later. I am in the process of trying to convert a pokemon rom to Jad or Jar to get them onto my phone. How awsome would that be. | |

| i still think Sapphire is my fave out of the ones i have owned, which include yellow, gold, and silver.
on sapphire i have Jirachi and Mewtwo, which makes it all the better.
sapphire, to me, seemed like it had more secrets in the game, which left a lot more to do. anyway, the whole series itself was revamped by Ru/Sa. I mean, silver was great, and i do mean great, but to me sapphire kicks it out of first. on silver, i have near 250, close, but not all. On sapphire, omg, i love the 80+ new addition to the game, espeicially Metagross? forget squirtle, charmaner, bulba, and cyndaquil (man ive played this series for far too long), just , to me, almost every new aspect of Sa/Ru just.. makes it that much funner to play.

i liked red because of the cheap missingno# glitch thing that gave you like 100x of whatever item you wanted

| when i had red i never found missngno... never knew exaclty where to look. i know someone who caught the thing and didnt mess up his game. forgot if he was any good or anything..
