| Nintendo DS is doing amazing
The DS has not only overtaken the PSP sales, and the DS has not only sold 5.7 million worldwide, but Nintendo has an increased amount of sales in Japan. Nintendodgos has sold close to 400 000 games, while recent PSP release suck. Both systems have nearly identical amount of games out now in Japan and the DS is outselling the PSP. Quote: |
The Nintendo DS was trailing the PSP and PS2 the week before the release of Nintendogs, selling 21,698 units against 28,950 PSP units and 30,572 PS2 units. But when Nintendogs arrived, DS sales exploded to 96,191 units, outselling both the PSP (33,004) and the PS2 (33,080) combined. Sales of the DS are starting to settle down now, but as of the week of May 16, the DS continued to outsell both the PS2 and the PSP, selling 29,808 units, compared to 27,370 PSP units and 24,122 PS2 units.

Sony still has not bothered to give out the quality of servie that nintendo has.

| There's a shocker. Guess people are just so used to Nintendo owning the handheld market. Ooooh! Advanced Wars for the DS? That may make me buy that.

| Wierd, PS usually had good variety of games. Now it's being pwned by Nintendo, keep it up Japan  . |

| The DS has always been capable of WiFi via G-wireless router. People just forgot that because Nintendo wanted to develop a strong, free wireless system. They figured they'd give people time to get used to how to use the DS before they have people go up and compete against each other on a world-wide scale.

They say that because of Nintendogs, the DS kicks PSP's ass. They even demonstrated the game, it sounds kick ass. I also heard that by the end of this year, they'll have Online play with www.gamespy.com as the server. I can't remember all these information anymore. Help. | |
