do you keep your WiiConnect 24h?

kinda. when u receive messages, the light where you put in games will glow when your wii is off. just turn it on if you want but if you are afraid of your wii dying from overheating then just turn it off by holding on the power button for several seconds until it goes from green to red instead of green to orange.

i think theres an option to turn of wiiconnect when u turn off your wii. not sure.
