Recommended Wii Games

Anybody knows of any good Wii games? I'll be getting my Wii for Valentine's Day.

None of that Manhunt 2 business please.

Re: Recommended Wii Games

Suggestions: Mario Party 8 definitely for any party. Extremely fun in groups. Mario & Sonic at the Olympics is great for people who like track and have a competitive nature. Wario Ware, Guitar Hero III because it is fun, and great for the wii. Mario Strikers charged is fun and possibly wii play

Re: Recommended Wii Games

I'm really excited now. And I'm so gonna try to play with you.

Finally...a possible BF reunion on consoles! (I pretty much gave up on PC games lately - no time and my computer sucks sometimes.)

Re: Recommended Wii Games

Wheee! Got my Wii!

I've got Mario and Sonic at Beijing Olympics (pretty funny), Wii Sports and Mario Party 8. All in Japanese though due to the fact that mainly Japanese versions are available here, plus added to the fact that the Jap version's cheaper than the US version. =.=

Haven't got my friend code yet. Will work on that later.

Re: Recommended Wii Games

I was really dissapointed with Mario Party 8, I should have read reviews.. Linear maps and stuff.. I donno it sucks imo, but whatever.

Anyways,

-Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is fun because you dont have do do anything except shoot zombies.
-Super Mario Galaxy
-Mario Strkers Charged

I reccomend getting Wii Play because it comes with a Wii Remote, the tanks game is pretty fun also.

Re: Recommended Wii Games

I'll try to grab my hands on a copy for Smash Bros WZ. Will definitely let you know what it's like when I do.

Well, most of the time I tend to guess and somehow remember where each choice leads to on the menu. Because when you think about it, most of the layout for the menu tends to be similar. Worst comes to it, I consult GameFAQs if I don't know how to use the Wii-mote in a minigame or if I want to know what certain sweets do in Mario Party.

I've never been a fan of Resident Evil - I'm too nervous to play. Wii Play sounds like fun though.

Re: Recommended Wii Games

I enjoy House of the Dead in arcades, just because the actual game feels kind of dumb and funny but when tried my hand on Resident Evil: Code Veronica, I was literally freaked out when I only had the knife in the beginning. Oddly though, I'm fine when I'm watching someone else play...in fact, I actually prefer to watch in those scary situations.
