| I was not aware of a program that allowed you to rip PS2 cinematics. I know only of one program and that only does PS1 games. Unless they made one, there's only one way I see around that, but that requires a video card that can record tv, then all you have to do is hook your PS2 up to your comp, play it, and press record.

i got them as mpegs, but i cant put the sound on them as mpeg, it seems to only works only on avi. im using sum program name virtualdub err sumthin to add the sound with the video, i cant get tmpgnc to work, maybe i can add the sound on that program with mpeg format...
anyone have any idea on how to add the sound without losing its video quality?

| Alright, I got it! I do this method with my master AMV copies out of Premiere using Microsoft Movie Maker. Make the AVI file, and then import it into MM, and tell it to resave the file, it will come out at max, about 50 to 100MB. Trust me, I've turned 5GB files into 40MB videos with a tiny slight degrade in audio.
Hmmm, Virtual Dub, eh? I never was able to get that to work, is there a new version you're using?
