Gameboy Micro?

What's with gameboy micro? I saw a commercial and I thought it was a joke, haha. I look on the internet and there it is. Apparently, it's a smaller version on the gameboy advanced. I'm thinking, why make it when you've already made a smaller version, with all the same functions as the Micro, but without the different variation of the color to choose from.

I don't know, I thought it was stupid. What about you people?

actualy, the thing is small, really small. Think handheld, then think smaller than your calculator. It is small as hell, some people can fit the entire thing in thier mouth. Better than SP for sure.

think smaller then azn_flea penis and your pretty close to the size of the mirco, actual size is 4inchs wide, two inchs tall, 0.7 inch deep, and weighs 2.8 ounces, so yeah the size and weight of azn_flea wee wee

your joking right? the point is that it is smaller, for convenience sake. The SP has an odd layout to it, and the clam shape is gay. Gameboy Advanced original is probably the best designed handheld. Gameboy micro is almost like original, but small without compermising the games or the gameplay.

Well the thing is just too small to play games on, even though the screen is awesome (i've read somewhere it's the same as the PSP's screen, but it's still too small) I still prefer the SP.

I'de buy it, if I saw a need for it. Fortunatly, I still have a first gen GBA that I used to death over my DS and PSP.

If they are so worried about being laughed at, they wouldn't buy a GBA in the first place anyway.

And Pan, there IS a sacrifice other than screen size. It can't play GB/GBC games.

Guys who don't like people playing Pokemon with GBA. I used to get that all the time before I quit playing back in Gr. 7.

Well, the news is out that the GBM was a smash hit in Japan. That does show a demand. I'm not one-hundred percent sure on the US market, but I said the same about Nintendogs. The Micro could very well surprise me as did Nintendogs. I'm interested in it.

Also, I think the actual price estimate is $110.
