Relaxing Day at the Beach

For my Memorial day weekend I went to Chicago again to just relax at the beach with a couple of friends. We got there at 11:30 AM and spent the whole day there. I wasn't expecting the water to look anything like the way it did. It was so beautiful and clear whew. Let teh pictures speak for themselves.





I love the blue/green tint of the water. Its so pretty and looks tropical



I waded in the water while I was there. The water was waaay too cold to actually swim in it. It looks really tropical.



The view of the city was also great.



The waves were great seeing how this is a Lake, not an Ocean.



My friends were retards and kept throwing the food out to the birds until they swooped down on your head and came really close.

And that concludes my trip to Chicago Beach! Anyone else have special plans for their Memorial Day weekend?

bluegreen water... how pretty...

around this part of tx the only ocean is Galveston...and its not exactly pretty...it sued to be ...but now its all polluted and crap...our water is brown...like murkey puke/fungis green brown...i dont like swimming fyi.

i would have never expected water in chicago to be cold. <--- i faked that smile.
that acualy does look like fun. some beach football, anywater form around here is filled with idiots. (seriously people with low IQ) i swear to god i saw 3 people (and a dog)get sucked out to sea by the same riptide in less than 20 minutes (not including people savign people) . and then these people who saw 2 of the 3 get sucked out let their daughter go into it....

Michigan's side of the lake is very polluted and trashy. Damned white trash dont know how to take care of their part of the Great lake.

Anyways, nice pictures Heather, burt they do have a point. Why is it everytime you go on some trip or another you don't take any pictures of yourself? That's what I would like to know. :P

Anyways, on Monday I plan to dress in a tux (because I must!) and go to my friends birthday party and surprise her. Just for kicks. That, and tons of schoolwork.

Michigan? Chicago and Milwaukee's water is so bad that 3 headed fish swim in that water. And to top it off the currect goes upward and brings that trash up to where I live. (close to GreenBay an half-hour south)

Did any of your friends catch a seagull? thats what I always do when they piss me off.
Just lay down with a towel over you and put chips/food on the towel and when you feel a bird spring upward and close him into the towel=GG
