God sure has a sick view on life =/

This isn't so convertial thread but for those who beelive in creation and not evolution i have started to realize alot of shit since being on hei atkeiens diet.



Why is it that everything thats either feels good taste good ect is actually bad for you while everything that taste like shit and is boring is sopose to be good for you?



Is this some big ****ing moral? are we sopose to live are life being dull and getting enjoyment out of singing?


Has anyone else ever thought of this?


some examples




sex = bad but feels good

candy = bad but taste good

church = boring but sopose to be fun?

drugs = bad but feels good?

veggies = taste bad but good for you


if god wanted to keep everyone believe in him maybe he shoulda switched this around you know?

Atkins diet makes it so you have to basically remain on it forever or else you'll gain everything back, sometimes more over.

Fruits, vegetables, and exercise is all it takes. It you really want to eat all the bad stuff then you should eat in rations.

yea i know atkenins is forever and i don't plan on staing on it forever....just wanna lose the weight fort then stick to a good food plan.....the first week is was sux i cna't have 1 farkin cabr after thatits not bad

I went on the Atkins diet and lost 50 lbs. I never gained it back even after stopping the diet.

It all depends on how you're watching your carbs. If you're able to you can get by with eating a hamburger with a bun or any # of them without. Grilled chicken salads are always good. I made this one meal where you take hamburger, cheese, and mushrooms and cook them together. It's really good. Really just take anything you like without carbs, and try to combine them. Also..depending on the person..you can cheat your carbs. I was only allowed I think it was 30 carbs a day, and I was eating around 40-50 or so.

Just make sure you follow the diet how it's supposed to go. No carbs for 2 weeks, and then slowly ween back into them.

Edit: I went from a size 42 to a size 36, and XL shirt to L and M. She probably will lose that ass of hers.

yea its the first week or so that horrible.....but thank god for that new diet coke with spledna...that shits actually really good i prefer it to reg coke and has 0 carbs....its bread that kills me. But i think we got this carb revolutionary bread we can make....beh....hy if ur on get onto vent i'm there if u wanan talk

=/ i went on a strict diet for 3 days that made me loose 5 lbs (i gained 10lbs over a summer a few years ago, did this diet 2x to loose the weight)

i sticka round 200-215lbs normally...but when i was workign out i went up to 225...but i looked hella sexy hehehe...

niow that im out of school ill probably start workin out again...

Not for me, ive lost 50 lbs and i kept it off for the most part, I cant gain weight unless I stop watching what I eat and start shoveling down pie, chocolate, etc. Its very good for you and brought my triglicerids down 150 or so and my cholesterol down 40-50 points!

eating pussy helps, as wreckingball stated. I maintain a healthy weight of 175(I'm 6' 3"). I also swim a lot though. God doesnt care about us, if there even is a god.

I wouldnt mind not eating carbs. I eat meat A LOT anyways, with bread, etc. But i dont have to worry about my weight because i have a fast metabolism. So haha, I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT AND NOT GET FAT BUT PROLLY WILL DIE BECAUSE OF DIABETES.

Wrong, you can eat whatever you want. All that matter is that your regime, your diet, is consistent with your level of exercise.
