If the third line was consistent (it's missing a "that"), the second-to-last line was changed to "have you ever had that feeling you simply can't control", and each line ended with a question mark, then I'd think it'd be ok. I'm not a huge fan of that kind of repitition, though, so the poem didn't really... get to me the same way it might have gotten to others.

I've written new poetry... we need a new poem thread.
