my dad is about to get a wireless router for a 2nd computer he's going to get, problem is these guys being very computer illteriate would most likey get hacked or or something. any suggestions to keeping them save besides maybe a standard firewall?
when you set up the router make sure u put in a "code" i dobnt rember wat it is called but it has "hex" somewhere ,look for a lsot that asks for a 10 digit number, a security incription i think is wat its called, this makes it so that only if u no the code u can use teh wireless internet so yeah try that
