as of 12:00 AM i have been released from probation.
i have been living the life of a once again free man for a total of 11 minutes now (1 minute has gone by)
for those of you who do not know, or do not remember, one year ago today i officially put on probation. since then i have undergone community service, along with piss test (random by the way) $1,000 fine to pay off within this time, and I've had to keep my grades up and get a job.
this has been a long year for your friend Dragn, and it is finally over, i am now a free man, able to do what i want, without worrying abotu someone looking over my shoulder.
this has not been fun, but i must admit, it has tought me a few things. I've decided to clean up my life, maybe not 100%, but within the time ive been on probation i have quit doing many drugs, and plan to stay this way. I'm now actually trying in life, and i will continue to do this even though im off.
this is a great day for me.

The free david has been born again, and this time i wont screw things up.
i have my (now old) probation ID on my wall, right above my light switch. this is to serve a purpose. from now on, when i walk otu of my room to go hang out with friends, iw ill see this card, and it will be a very good reminder to be good, and most of all, dont get cought if im not.
for those who are wondering, i will post my original thread from 1 year ago, when i was arrested, and awaiting my punishment.
well its now 12:46 (i had friends calling me and congradulating me for the past few minutes) and im even more happy to be off.
i just realized that I was the first person to hang out w/ my friend kris when he was off probation, and guess what, he was the first to call me (15 minutes late) and congradulate me on getting off... he repaid me

Friday (2 weeks ago) i was arrested.
i went to school and was accused of smelling like pot (even though i hadnt smoked anything...dumb@ss Bus driver) 2 guys grabbed me and told me what she accused me of. they observed me for about an hour then said "well, you dont smell like pot to us, and your eyes arnt red or anything, and from how youve been talkin to us its obvious your not hi or under the influence of anything, so were gunna let you go ian sec, but we gotta search you" well i thought i was safe. i had put on a dirty pair of pants that had been lost for a week or so, and since i didnt know i had anything on me i willinigly empied my pockets...well i pulled out a lighter with a switchblade on it (a novelty lighter, i didnt know i had it on me, i was shocked) and then they arrested me. i spent the night in jail, got a $5k bond, and i got court coming up now. so your beloved Dragnskull got pwned by the school big time.
feel bad for me anyone? well show your love guys cause i dunno when the next time i can get on this comp will be...although i dont think im grounded from it this time.
o btw...i got a 3rd degree felony, and im 17 so i was tried as an adult.[/quote]
