i need help once i put in the cd key and specify the location of the game it freeezes ic an here the drvive whiring meaning its working but then it just stopps whirring wat do i do?????

my hd is fine and my comp is fine 2 it has to b a simple problem a few weeks ago i tryred to install but couldnt cuz virus software was running now wat is the problem consider any problem

Then it's probably the CD.

scratched disk.

either get a new cd, or *try* to create an iso of the disk. then get Daemon tools, mount the image and try to install from there.

could be dirty too, or a dirty drive.

d tools messes up my comp and the cd is super clean n e thing else might cause this?
registry files? i have intslled uninstalled the game many times deleted it manuel and stuff no unisntall process

you didnt go through the uninstall process? that means that the registry entries are still there, that was really dumb of you.
