Ok basicly, I used Windows XP and whenever I turn on my computer, it does everything up to the point where I just see my background. Then it logs out and im sitting at that log in screen. When I try and log in it keeps logging me out its pissing me off.

quik help would be nice see if u ppl know whats goin on.

karlos had a problem like that the other day, he put the hdd in his other comp and transfered the logon script over from his other comp to the hdd.

Can you get into safe mode? if so you can just go to system restore.

What I did, is I somehow messed up the login thing, and it would restart just as it got the the login screen...I couldnt get into dos mode or anything. So I put it as a slave harddrive for a diff comp, browsed through it, found the logon file in /system32..just copy+pase from the primary hd my friend

Yeah I got a second comp that I can try that with.

BTW, Safemode is out of the question, I tried that first thing when it happened, and I got the same screen when I tried to get into safe mode.
