flash time

After about 2 hours of working on my NEW Avatar, check it out, I was upset that I could not get it to work as how I wanted it too. But I found that struggling with it was fun! And I love solving problems like that. Working out bugs and such.

I used Macromedia Flash MX Proto make my avatar. I only recieved it a few days ago, and I've already learned a lot about making cute little blinking eyes for ballheads and such.
But there is much to learn!

Do any of you know of sites for some good tutorials that take you step by step? I've searched around google, but came up short. There are A LOt of sites out there, and personally love www.cartoonsmart.com Its where I was inspired to start Flash.

There's actually a section for picture ratings in the Special Interest Section (Go to the Special Interest Section, then go to the GFX area, and there's a link to the Rate A Pic section). But, I'll enlighten you: it's crap.

Just kidding. I personally prefer a still frame, but whatever rocks your socks. Blinking lights just seems.. kind of lame. You should get Photoshop skills instead .

Well, I've JUST started out. And I didn't want to have too much movment in my avatar.
But yes! I do want to make running jumping god-knoww-whats around a flash screen. Just Haven't seen any newbie (yes im newb) learning centers yet.
