Nobody cares, we're asking for depressing music, not people who are easily depressed.
Head for Portishead and anything associated with it at Amazon. Elliott, Sometree, Siilver Mt. Zion and all that. Portishead are still the kings of psychotic depressive music. And the singer committed suicide I think so they're not active anymore.
And if you mean depressing not as in depressing but as in 'not positive like all the pop-shit' you could go and try something like Bush's 'Razorblade Suitcase' which is also depressing in a way with very good lyrics. The above bands concentrate on the harmonic/musical side for creating feelings and don't just rely on words like any shitty emo band does. They're actually making music.
