| Odd Net Problem
Well, I spent about 4-6 hours last night trying to fix this, thats why some of you only saw me in Vent for about 15 minutes.
What happened was, I'm sure it's some sort of spyware bug, was that I can connect to the net, I just get nothing but a Public IP address and somethin' else.
My main problem is no DNS Resolution, so all my rpograms act as if I cannot connect to the net (Warcraft, Steam, Vent), so I ran about 6 full system scans w/Ad-Aware SE and a Norton Full System Scan, both in Safe Mode, which took me about 4 hours in total, and Norton came up clean and I deleted about 300-400 Spyware files that SOMEHOW creeped on there (Probably my stupid sister and her damn Neopet sites, like all the fan ones and shit, and her flagrance to click accept instead of Deny or No).
Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone oculd give me some solutions, and how I won't be on a good gaming computer until it's fixed. My G-Ma called Road Runner, and I'll be going there after school and seeing how it works.
I'm doing this right now from my 5th Period, I gotta' go do a simple ass Web page for my Web Devo class.
