But seeing how people are stupid they think "Oh it was just a war, people die all the time. No need to worry about people's families".

| I myself do and have moved on but evey spet 11th when I see the 1hr long things of the towers being hit and collapsing and I remember everything that happened that day when I was at my house sitting on my futon sick from school in 7th grade and I was watching the Today show and katie was talkin and all the sudden BOOM and they wonder whats going on and go outside and see and begin to film it and then later on I saw the second one being hit and my eys were glued... I didnt make a sound I was just frozen like an empty shell just sitting there. THATS what I remember and I just cant stop thinkin about it until like 2 or 3 days after the 11th I start to forget it.. just like this thread will b forgooten in 3 days or less...

| Wah wah wah, people ****ing died. The fad of having flags on your vehicle is over, so get the **** over it. I don't care that people died, that happens every day. The amount of people who actually died that die just died while I read this thread. Even more when I wrote this post. Shit happens, don't dwell. |

| i feel sympathetic for those who lost their lives, no doubt about that. Quote: |

| The soliders from d-day were also innocent. They too had families, yet they were killed by the thousands by nazi shells and gunfire.. saying that WTC was more tragic than d-day is.. ugh.
Actually, let me put it this way for you: If it wasn't for d-day, your capital would be Berlin.
Im not trying to change the subject, 9/11 was terrible, civillians should never ever be killed like that, it's terrible. |

| Agreed, just like other tragedies that have happened. Quote: |

| I swore a lot of ceremonies were held for it.. they were shown on the news.. Quote: |
That is true. But seeing how people are stupid they think "Oh it was just a war, people die all the time. No need to worry about people's families".
| Like now, a lot of peopel don't care that Iraq citizens are dying.. Quote: |

| Tons of other people were killed because they were other nationalities too. Don't blame them for hating Americans, America has intruded in many things and that pissed a lot of people off in the Middle East. Quote:

| Yeah, people die every day. I don't see many flags on cars anymore. Quote: |

| Tons. The only people crying about it are the ones in Iraq. They feel the same way America felt on 9/11, and they didn't even do anything AT ALL. Quote: |
i feel sympathetic for those who lost their lives, no doubt about that.
| I kinda do, but it really didn't impact me. Quote: |
The soliders from d-day were also innocent. They too had families, yet they were killed by the thousands by nazi shells and gunfire.. saying that WTC was more tragic than d-day is.. ugh.
| Think of it, tons of Germans were killed on D-Day. Their families mourned too. They had families. There were innocent teenagers that had to be drafted because Germany was loosing the war. Teenagers, maybe the same age as you, were holding guns, dying, and killing American soldiers. Do we think of them? No, but Germany does.. Quote: |
Actually, let me put it this way for you: If it wasn't for d-day, your capital would be Berlin.
| I doubt they would have been able to control a world super-power over the seas.. Quote: |

| Same goes for people in Iraq, but we aren't stopping. |

Hey man...you do somewhat have a point there about not dwelling...however, Those people died because of a stupid message that bin laden wanted to send out and could have easily been avoided...
"I doubt they would have been able to control a world super-power over the seas.."
hahah ur funny...europe is connected to asia and africa...If those were taken over before D-day...there would be no stopping them

| It was an example. I wasn't serious, however one would assume that without D-Day, the war may have changed course and the nazis would have the upper hand once again. |
