Running & Biking Supplements

Everyone knows that if you're into bodybuilding you can take steroid, creatine or other herbal supplements if you want to gain an edge when you're in the gym. But when it comes to running and biking, I don't really know anything. Since in these activities you're not looking for muscle mass, creatine would probably just dehydrate you. Are there pills/supplements out there that are geared towards more cardiovascular themed workouts? I guess creatine could be used towards the mass of calfs and thighs.. but I don't really want my body to be out of proportion. Wow.. music makes posts pretty scattered.. Meh.. you probably know what I mean.

Why not just take extra Vitamins.

Also creaintine wouldnt make your legs bigger, ridding a bike dosn't rip your muscles up like weight lifting, Just fatigues the muscle more than anythign else.

It would provide extra energy for ride though.

Another thing you can do for more energy on a long run or ride is drink lots of water a few hours befor starting your run.
