Do you workout?

If u do workout how much u curl/bench? i can curl about 40 and bench 140 and im 14 u?

I can bench 200 lbs and squat about 240. I haven't tried to max at curling.

So yes, I work out. Want to go out sometime?

This summer I had improved my weights by a lot... We never maxxed out, so I will list how much I can do with reps.


I can bench 175, squat 225, power clean 200, and I can military press 110.



I'm pretty sure I left out some things...

I forgot to mention that I can also lift 120 lbs with my penis.

You Suck, how old are you? 135 lbs would probably be accepted for Junior High football.

i think ninja gaiden is enough of a workout for me. UT2004 as well, after 5 hours of hardcore deathmatches i get pretty tired.

i benched 205 when i was 16 for football, i dont play ne more so i doubt i could pick myself up outa this chair

Me, I don't exercize by "working out". I get my exercize through things I actually enjoy (hiking, sports, etc).
