| Any suggestions? I just got a new mp3 player to use when I workout, and I would like to know some good songs to keep you pumped up. So any suggestions? |

| Mushroomhead and Mudvayne seem to be good for working out. Anything heavy and hardcore really.

| Actually, I saw somewhere that it's bad to listen to music when you work out. Instead, your suppose to concentrate on what you are doing. You'll get stronger quicker that way. |

| Amon Amarth will either get you pissed off at the world causing you to totally exert yourself, or it will annoy the hell out of you, causing your run to stop. |
