I have Anticipated a Captain America for some time now. Not that I have ever been a big fan. It just made sense to me. I see it being the one Marvel release that parents will be dragging their children to, instead of the other way around

Hulk left, and Cap was added, following a lone line and 30 years of rotating members including hawkeye, Quick Silver, Scalet witch etc. etc. Antman also changed to giantman, then later Goliath, then Yellowjacket, and those were only added/removed in the first couple years.
\Spider-man was never a member of the Avengers.
He was added to the New avengers- 2 or 3 years ago, but was never considered a "team" kinda hero, which is why his addition to the new avemgers still doesnt make any sense.
