help me identify an old movie

i've been trying to figure out this movie for the longest time, probably like 6 years now, i saw it when i was a kid and never gave it a second thought until something reminded me of it and now its my life goal to find the movie...the ONLY thing i can remember is one scene where a blue (i think) monster (i think) is chasing a group of people through a cave, and he stops to piss...he pulls out his ***** and its like the size of a football

im not even sure that it was a movie but i think that it is....anyone have any ideas?
