I enjoyed the first one, but the bug one was a lot for me. I don't like insects much in the first place, but...nightmares.

So far as I know, pain in itself won't kill you. The toxin in the stings pretty much rapes their hands and forearms, but I doubt it's going to kill a tribe of people badass enough to use tree bark as toilet paper.
