| Tactics for begging your job back...
OK I missed work monday morning due to that damn party sat night and I never called them or anything. I slept majority of monday away with fitfu sleeping and now I gotta go grab my paycheck I and don't really feel like looking for another job so any good tips on begging plz don't fire me tips?

Both scenarios I mentioned can stem from that you know.
He can believe you because he needs you or laid back as Nuts said. And he doesn't want to take the stress of doing interviews or hiring new staff when he needs the ones he has.

ive yet to see a laid back and mellow landlord who takes **** even if theres the slightest chance he or she doesnt have to, and most of the time even if they do have to around here thus far, especially if theyre lock stock, but alright..

How someone can be out partying saturday and miss work monday is beyond me. expecially as a bartender, who's jerb doesn't really kick off till what, a short little rush at lunchtime, a small constant stream during happy hour, then your ballstothewalls from ~9-close?
Seriously though dude, if you're partying 'that hard' or whatever reason you want to give for being out that long, you need to shorten that **** up or you will likely end up ODing or dying of other various reasons.
Not that most of us would pay any notice that isn't negative, but seriously.
