Help :(

Anyone know the name of this game? Looks like one of those ancient 2D games they used to make way back when. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say it's some sort of jumping, side scrolling game for one of those old 16-bit systems that were popular in the 90s (Turbografx, SNES?). I sorta remember seeing my sister's friend's brother play this sometime in the winter of 1996 if that helps. I think it might have even had underwater swimming levels but my memory is hazy.

Any ideas? Thanks.
