I posted mine cause you didn't say "Critique my artwork or anything". You just posted a picture. And I have the progress shots of my 'painting' if you really want to see them. I assure you, theres no grid or smudging a picture, it's all 100% hand drawn (well, computerized, but I did it all with a wacom).
Don't be pissed because your picture lacks depth, detail, heart, spirit, so on and so forth. | |

there are a couple of people here who even have any artistic skill, even less with digi-painting, and none who care about your work carbon...i suggest posting your work at one of the thousands of gfx forums that are freely available so you can get some real critique

When CB gave him real critique, followed by a few others giving him honest feedback, he qq'ed and took his picture down. If you can't take criticsm and only want praise, then don't bother posting artwork. | |

I think its pretty good. I just think it would be cooler if the sun was setting and they were watching the sunset or something. If you think about it why would two little kids be sitting on top of a tree, staring at the sun ruining there eyes and getting really bad sunburn.... Also I dunno what object you intended to be the main focus in the painting but its kinda just the giant trunk and you notice the kids second.
